Special needs

Students (with or without scholarships) with disabilities (e.g. assistance by third persons, adaptation of work environment, additionnal travel/transportation costs) applying for the E-PiCo⁺ Master's programme should indicate on their application form that they have a special need. The partner institutions are eligible to apply on this basis to the European Commission for an Erasmus+ contribution to individual needs.


Partners have identified special services for students with special needs in order to facilitate their access to services and their integration into academic, social and cultural life.

Students and scholars with special needs and family-related needs are invited to contact E-PiCo⁺ Management Office at the application stage. In case of a health condition requiring specific assistance, the relevant office (nurse, health office) of the institutions can be involved to assist the student / scholar.
