What’s your name and where do you come from?

My name is Anindita and I come from India.

Before E-PiCo, what and where did you study?
Before EPiCo, I studied for a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication (class of 2017). I studied at Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore.
 
What options were you considering after your Bachelor degree? Why did you choose E-PiCo?

I always wanted to do a Master's but chose to work to gain some experience. I decided to do E-PiCo because it aligned with my interests to pursue a Master's in control engineering for automobiles. It also aligned with my industry experience.

What was your Master Thesis topic?

I work on active Diagnosis of State of Health of Battery. A mathematical model was developed to calculate the internal resistance and capacity of a battery and its internal.

What do you find the most challenging in E-PiCo?

To adapt to moving every 6 months
To adapt to a different country with a different language every 6 months
To adapt to the different teaching methods at different universities

What positions were you offered while looking for a job and what did you choose ?

Position offered: Electric Engineer, System Engineer, Motor Engineer
I chose Motor Engineer and will be working on motor development engineer as a part of product development.

I got a job within a month after finishing my Master's. However, I spent almost 3 months job hunting.

A final word?
E-PiCo gave me excellent exposure to a lot of different academic topics. This exposure enabled me to decide my interests and also gave me a well- rounded educational profile.
